TGG is a HK-based Gaming Technology company since 2013 aiming for disruptive innovation of the US$ 460 billions global casino gaming markets. Built upon the technical standard recognized by 475 gaming jurisdictions worldwide, our omni-channel open gaming platform "HIRO"? is now powered by a 200+ games library from game makers around the globe and quoted as the "Platform to Success" by Inside Asian Gaming in May 2017. The products are now operating in South America, Europe, and Asia with partners from Canada, Netherland, Serbia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Mexico, and Peru.

Job Title:  General Manager

Responsibilities:
？Understand the company’s philosophy and overall strategy
？Plan, develop, and direct daily operations in accordance
？Forecast and analyze sales and labour
？Maintain HR related records such labour law and employee handbook updates, daily reporting requirement and oversee all aspects in the company
？Recruit, train, supervise and manage the staff
？Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
？Ensure all staff members perform at a consistently high level
？Oversee supplies and logistics
？Develop and execute optimum strategy for the company with a goal of minimising delivery times and errors in the R&D department and the business
？Develop and implements strategy for operational management and business development in line with the company’s strategy
？Oversee quality control, inventory, health and safety regulations
？Ensure the intended company standards of exceptional customer experience are executed and maintained at all times
？Ensure company escalation procedures are followed when any operational problems occurs
？Monitor inventory levels
？Take ownership and respond to business needs in time
? 
Requirements:
？Minimum 10 years experience in the Tech (Start-Up) Industry?
？Knowledge in sales, operations, accounting, computer systems and administration
？Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills
？Strategic thinker with confidence, strong planning and organizational skills Diplomatic, strong business acumen
？Experience in operations or R&D environment is an advantage
？Proactive and entrepreneurial
？Creative and detail-oriented
？Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
？Travel to and not limited to Hong Kong and Shenzhen office
？Immediate available will be preferred
