职位描述：
? Roles and Responsibilities:
o The Global Commodity Manager is the primary driver of the commodity strategic/tactical implementation within FRIWO.
o Responsible for his commodity (support plants & design centers).

? Job Duties:

o Develops strategic sourcing direction for the commodity and builds the Supplier. Orientation Chart with all the stakeholders of the commodity (increased focus on NPI relative to past performance).
o Develops a solid working knowledge of certain commodity trends including: industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, material lead times, and technical/manufacturing processes.
o Support all key supplier sourcing/selection activities for his commodity with the NPI teams.
o Ensures the long term competitiveness of the solutions used in Friwo.
o Drive Supply Base Optimization @ Manufacturer level & Supply Level.
o Ensures that supply base meets technical requirements and innovation objectives.
o Leads several Global negotiations for his commodity, is responsible for final resolution of all contractual agreements, and ensures effective price implementation.
o Owns/reports Logistic/Quality KPI of suppliers and ensure action plans are in place for most impacting suppliers. Supports the critical crisis (Quality, shortages...) resolution.
o Lead supplier quarterly business review with all A suppliers (QBR).
o Develops costs models & cost analysis.
o Updates stakeholders on suppliers, industry trends and issues. Provides relevant market analysis (Strategic – Financial…). Shares the key commodity informations with technical and purchasing teams during regular coreteams.
o Use data analysis to drive continuous improvement and deliver savings to the business.

? Educational Requirement
o University/Bachelor’s degree
o Major in Electronics
? Experience:
o Experience: At least 3 years
o Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Electronics market.
o English: Proficiency in the English languages is required.
o With advanced skills in Purchasing & Procurement Management, Vendor Management, and Negotiation
