职位描述：
Outstanding opportunity to join a global US based manufacturer of bench tools and equipment that are used in electronics and industrial product assembly for over 50 years. OK International has multiple products portfolio on hand soldering & PCB rework solution (Metcal) and Techcon Systems manufactures products ranging from fluid dispensing components to equipment used across multiple industries.
As a Marcomm Specialist, you excel at the tactical as well as strategic execution of brand plans and company strategy. Working closely with the functional teams, the position reports to the Asia Director of Sales. Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of marketing success and strong project management skills.

JOB DUTIES/工作职责：
The applicant will be responsible for:
? Implement new brand guidelines across multiple channels and vehicles, including print, online ads, collateral and partner sites
? Design graphics and style guides to implement new brand within existing CMS tools
? Create product launch materials for the Asia audiences with guidance from corporate
? Manage Public Relation firm and other agencies in Asia
? Create and execute internal marketing promotions and contests
? Setup the annual marketing plan for Asia
? Strategically manage tradeshow and seminar opportunities in Asia including booth graphics, pre-and post-show follow ups, and premium items
? Work with headquarters on getting corporate materials in local language for website, letterhead, business cards, brochures, datasheets and white papers
? Work with Digital Marketing to execute and manage content development, including content calendar, and execution of social, company blogs in Asia
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/工作经验要求：
？ 3-5+ years working experience on marketing position for fast moving industrial products
？ 5+ years of marketing management or support experience for distribution business
？ Experience for leading & managing the marketing event & related activities in last 5 years
？ Responsibility for graphic design and collateral in Asia
SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：
? Must be fluent verbal and written both for Mandarin and English
? Photoshop and other graphic design tools – Intermediate or better
? Excellent organization and communication skills. Able to effectively prioritize workload, meet commitments/deadlines, and experienced on communication with channels and clients
? Ability to write social media content- technical capabilities a plus
? Computer skills required for product advertisement & reporting purposes
? Must be willing to travel within China and Asia when needed
