岗位职责：
Background
Businesses of all sizes are realizing the benefits of online advertising. Bing Ads can help to reach the customers most interested in the products and services, helping increase the return on investment (ROI). Potential customers who are searching the keywords on web can find the ads on the Bing Ads search results page. It can help achieve these goals: Find customers, Boost sales leads and Keep costs low. This project targets the China and Japan market of Bing Ads. It is a service that provides pay per click advertising on the Bing search engines.
 
Development (Xap + UX)
1.Implement the functionalities based on requirements
2.Cooperate with team and do code reviews
3.Troubleshoot and fix system issues
Data analysis
4.Analyze the sale data to help improve the feature
   
任职要求：
Requirements:
1.3+ years' development experience
2.Proficient in C# and .Net
3.Good at SQL and data analysis skills
4.Good testing sense
5.Good oral English, and communication skills
