Responsibilities 职位描述
1.Develop automatic manufacture process, design automotive solution to improve manufacture efficiency, evaluate automotive, co-work with vendor to develop, calibrate and test automatic system.

2.Develop and improve product manufacture process, optimize the design of tooling or process by introducing new fixture, jig and automatic kits to facilitate the overall manufacture process.
设计和改善产品工艺流程，通过引入新治具和自动化装置来提高整体生产制程。
3.Lead feasibility study for automatic solution.主导自动化解决方案的可行性分析。
4.Industry machine modification to communicate in automatic system. 改装工业设备使其与自动化系统协同工作。
5.Manage automotive machine verification and installation. 管理自动化设备调试，安装。
6.Manage automation projects, lead cross functional team to meet project milestones, evaluate project risk, manage project schedule, evaluate product cost, prioritize project actions, report project progress and escalate issues.
管理自动化项目，管理项目跨部门团队，满足项目里程碑，评估项目风险，管理项目进程，评估产品成本，管理项目行动优先级，汇报项目进度和相关问题。
7.Accomplish tasks assigned from manager完成上级安排的任务。

Qualifications任职资格
Education: Colleague or above
教育水平： 大学大专以上学历
Major: Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electrics Engineering or related
专业：机构设计，自动化，电器，电子工程，或相关
Professional: Skillful CAD and 3D software user (Auto CAD, UG, Pro-E)
Familiar with PLC programming
专业能力：熟练使用CAD和3D制图软件(Auto CAD, UG, Pro-E), 熟悉PLC编程。
Work Experience: 3 year or above, with manufacture fixture/Jig design industry automation experience
工作经验: 3年或以上，有工装治具和工业自动化设计经验者。

Capability Requirement 能力要求
1.Experience in PLC programming for industrial automatic solution, familiar with Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC types and application 有工业自动化解决方案和PLC编程经验, 熟悉三菱，西门子PLC选型和应用。
2.Experience in electrical design and trouble-shooting is a plus. 有电子电器设计和电路故障排除经验优先。
3.Experience on using 2D/3D software for product/tool/JIG design .有产品模具治具设计经验更佳。
4.Knowledge in project management tools, PMP certificate holder is a plus.熟悉项目管理工具，有PMP证书优先。
5.Experience in managing project team or working in customized automatic solution, such as robotic solution or image processing solution company. 有在机器人或图像处理非标自动化公司管理项目团队或者工作的经验。
6. Good communication skill. 良好的沟通能力。
7. Understand English. 能理解英文。
8. Team player, willing to work and share with teammates 团队合作，乐于分享。
