职位描述：
主要工作职责：
- 向现有或新的供应商索取产品报价，了解和学习工厂生产流程，生产供应量，监管产品质量;
- 维护现有供应商并开发新的供应商；
- 维护和管理供应商提供的样板；
- 准确迅速传达客人需求给供应商；
- 掌控和协调项目的生产进度确保项目准时完成；
- 熟悉并了解每个项目的品质要求并传达给供应商；
- 监管生厂过程，以确保质量标准和目标实现；
- 能理好供货商流程，不至过失而不能准时完成项目。
- 解决生产过程中出现的问题和争议；
- 及时在公司论坛更新项目新进度；
- 搜寻和开发潜质供应商；
- 准备货物出口装货单据；
- 协助总裁公司日常事务的管理
- 及时提供公司开销对账单和行使行政管理职责
- 学习公司运作流程和公司规定
职位要求：
- 五年以上工作经验，工作积极，灵活，有较强的执行能力和工作责任心，勇于接挑战；
- 沟通能力强能独立工作，能制定工作计划，有效协调管理供公司及供应商关系；
- 精准登记工作记录，负责日常行政管理
- 计算机运用 能力：熟悉操练Windows word Excel，Emails Internet browsing，如熟悉Adobe AI或Photoshop 等办设计软件者优先 考虑，
- 能接受经常国内出差，偶尔出差中国香港和国外；
- 精炼英语和汉语者佳
- 能承受压力和加班
