职位描述：
JD:
1) to provide technical assistance to the sourcing:
+ coaching of them
+ attend important meetings [preproduction meetings, etc …]
+ assist sample review

2) to provide trouble shooting support for projects / products
+ when quality is failing in the lab
+ when Q is inconsistent in the production
+ when required by others [project leader, PM, mngmt]

3) to provide help at the start-up of projects

4) to provide help to the plants / suppliers
+ technical support

Requirements:
1) At least 5 years working in luggage/bag factory or companies on technician position
2) Being good and familiar w/ paper pattern. Basic material/fabrics knowledge is preferred
3) Good at English reading and writing
4) Team work and good at communication
