职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Review and supervise staff attorney’s review of all types of contracts, agreements, significant correspondences or any other documents and assess legal implication to Paques’ benefits.

b. Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and contractual documents for protection of the company's interest. Provide advices regarding contractual rights and obligations and interpretation of terms and conditions.

c. Identify and assess commercial, contractual and legal risks for business stakeholders, provide recommendations and risk mitigation alternatives, ensure appropriate actions have been taken.

d. Inform and advise company about Chinese law and new legislation.

e. Initiate and terminate legal disputes.

f. Carries out training related to contract negotiator's tasks, legal issues for sales team.

g. Manage disputes with customers, suppliers, agents and employees

h. Manage and coordinate in patents, trademarks, know-how, confidentiality and IP related issues

i. Handle and review progress of ongoing litigations/arbitrations, and manage external lawyers’ work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

a. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

b. Approximately 3-5 years working experience in law firm or MNC company

c. Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism

d. Familiarity with contract law is a must

e. Experience in litigation and arbitration is a plus

f. Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

g. Mature, self-confident, independently thinking.

h. Stable personality and a well-developed sense of humor

i. Superior negotiating and interpersonal skills as well as a good team player

j. Initiative, practically oriented, obliged to high standards of quality and customer orientation

k. Excellent command of English and Chinese language
