General description:
Implement and maintain the required network, phone infrastructure, information systems, processes, and procedures for expanding business and efficient company management in regional sites as well as professional IT daily support to end users.
       负责用户的计算机软硬件维护，工厂电话、信息、网络系统维护。以专业技术管理IT日常工作。
Responsibilities:
1、Plan, implement and maintain the required network, phone infrastructure, information systems, processes, and procedures for expanding business and efficient company management in regional sites;
      制定、执行和维护工厂网络，电话设施，信息系统，为工厂业务扩展制定流程;
2、Infrastructure administration including server room, PABX, WAN, LAN, file & Application servers;
     设施管理，包括机房内所有设备，如无线设施、服务器等;
3、Professional user support including set-up and trouble-shooting for client PCs, network, telephones and software systems;
      为工厂电脑用户解决问题，如网络问题、电话故障，软件安装等;
4、Accountable for leading and delivering professional IT support;
    负责管理IT工作;
5、Based on the directives give by the Team Leader, he/she must be able to communicate with all the business leaders and local Administrators clearly to project manage and deliver timely and cost effective projects and changes to ensure provision of corporately aligned and supported technologies;
     根据上级要求，与各部门负责人沟通，确保项目及时完成，做好成本控制，保证技术参数符合规格要求;
6、Ensure that the team follows the corporate IT policies & procedures and compliant to internal audit and SOX audit requirement;
      确保团队遵守公司的IT政策、流程，以符合内部审计和SOX审计要求;
7、Assess project deadlines by continually monitoring individual progress;
      依据持续监控进展评估项目交期;
8、Evaluate project results including confirmation of project deliverables.
      评估项目结果，包括项目交付确认.
Qualifications:
1、At least 3 years previous work experience with Cisco network, Windows 2008 Domain, VPN, user support, and PABX.至少3年有关网络、VPN等工作经验;
2、Good English skill, at least have no problem to read and write in English. 英语读写能力良好;
3、Self-motivated, detail oriented and good inter-personal skills.自我激励，注重细节，良好人际关系.
