Main duties and responsibilities:

Train and implement standardize work
Define workers’ skills requirement and training as well as evaluation
Participate in achieving ISO quality certification
Implement and train LEAN
Enhance productivity and output
Production reports and SPC reports and analysis and troubleshooting
Lead and manage all assembly cells
Develop plans to meet LINAK CN’s main targets
Ensure goal’s set for the areas is reached, follows up on goals
Ensure efficient use of available resources, suggests changes in resources
Ensure deliveries are made according to plan, and in the right quality
Ensure company values are maintained and developed
        Together with HR-personnel, responsible for personnel issues in area
Together with Production engineer, suggest and develop tools/fixtures to ensure 100% quality and high efficiency
Educate and develop employee skills and abilities

Required skills/experience:

Perfect in verbal and written English
Strong personality, masterful but polite
LEAN and WCM experience both theoretical and in practice
Minimum 5 year production experience in international company, 3 years manage experience
Must know all aspects of a production environment, in theory and practice
Expert in MS software, Excel and Word
