Gap International Sourcing Limited is a regional sourcing operation for the Gap Inc., one of the world's largest specialty retailers, with more than 3,000 stores in US, Canada, UK, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan and China. We operate five of the most recognized apparel brands in the world - Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Intermix.

With our strategy to continue our growth, we are looking for energetic candidates with good caliber to join our Supplier Sustainability Team and based in Shanghai

Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
? Conduct assessments and follow-ups following the protocols and practices outlined in the Assessment Manual
? Develop practical and sustainable corrective action plans, and manage them according to established timeframes
? Accurately document areas of non-conformance, and ensure the issue escalation policy is adhered to, as per the department requirements.
? Manage own assessment and follow-up schedules, report expenses, and other administration tasks according to established company and department protocols.
? Support the delivery of other Supplier Sustainability, including Capability Building and/or Environmental related, programs according to team documents, guidelines and training materials
? Support program development tasks on an as-needed basis
? Manage relationship and partnership with business partners and stakeholders, etc..


Requirements:
? University graduate with 2-4 years’ relevant working experience
? Experience in US or EU Sourcing Office is definite an advantage
? Work with high integrity, proactive, and self-discipline
? Enthusiastic, team player and can take on pressure
? Good influencing and negotiation skills
? Good Project and Time management
? Proficient in both Mandarin & English
? Frequent travels
