职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
-Participate in project management in a factory.
-Lead project in research and development of products in medical, health-care, household electrical appliances and etc
-Oversee complete product development cycle, from conceptual design & specification development to product introduction,.
-Translate customer and marketing requirements into both business and technical product descriptions / requirement specifications, evaluate and give assessment if these requirements are achievable in the given time-line and cost.
-Ability to project-manage the development of the selected solutions/services/products that fulfill a set of agreed design requirements from concept initiation to market launch.
-Cooperate with internal departments in transition from development stage to finished product.
-Apply engineering tools and methodology to conduct design validation to assure quality maturity.
-Ensure the product compliance, safety, and other product certification issue at product and component level.
-Responsible for design verification plan, safety & approbation plan, reliability test plan.
-Arrange sample submission for product evaluation, testing and approval.
-Responsible for clear and direct communication among team members and vendors.
- Special projects assigned by Division Manager.

Job Skill, Experience and other Requirements (Preferable candidates need to meet some of the followings):
-Higher Diploma or above in electronics & electrical, mechatronic, Project management, computer science, physics or related discipline.
-Prefer R&D experience in product development or engineering.
-Prefer experience in LED or light/laser technology, new energy, electronic or medical/healthcare device (related to optical/laser/visible light/Infrared, Wound care, Sleep and etc.).
-Strong interest in generating new product ideas and has the drive to implement it with limited resources.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Sense of responsibility and independence.
-Strong in leadership and project management.
- Knowledge in material component costs and product cost evaluation.
- Experience in handling product development and project management
- Strong in analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in written/speaking English,TEM-8, Putonghua is preferable but not necessary
-Work mainly in ShenZhen, sometimes in Hong Kong, travel between ShenZhen and Hong Kong while have residence in Hong Kong.
