工艺工程师
提供工艺支持：监管和改进显示实验室的涂膜工艺
教育/背景
？ 物理或物理化学专业，本科及以上学历
？ 与光学、电子学及器件物理相关领域
？ 具有加工相关(制造业)行业的1年以上工作经验

岗位职责
？ 引进、监管和改进涂膜工艺（旋涂、狭缝涂布、Inkjet printing）：从研发概念到试点生产线的实施。
？ 与其他工艺工程师一起学习过程参数，开发使用工艺控制的方法
？ 推动工艺的改进：
？ 提出建议并实施改进以获得所需的属性
？ 协助关于改进样本特性和可能性的讨论。提出改进加工的方法和实施方案。
？ 协助执行和解释可靠性测试
？ 在不同的发展阶段，样本将以不同的方式进行应力测试：以改进耐用性和可靠性（重复开关，高/低温存储等）。 受聘者将协助执行和解释这些测试。
？ 协助其他质量评估的活动
？ 常规工作
？ 通过评估自己的工作和同事的信号失误，不断改进我们的工作方式。
？ 通过分享经验和向他人学习来为团队做贡献
？ 最终会带领一个工程师小组，提高工艺工程团队的能力和效能

Process Engineer: Process support introducing monitoring and improving a new coating process in a display factory

Background / education
-Education in physics or physical chemistry
-Affinity with optics and electronics
-Several years of experience in process-related (manufacturing) industry
-Self-motivated. Must be capable of working independently
-Team-player: Must be capable of motivating an engineering team of partner companies and internal co-workers

Responsibilities
-Introducing, monitoring and adjusting the coating process, from concept in the R&D facility to implementation in the pilot production line.
-Work with local process engineers to learn the process parameters, develop methods to use process control
-Drive process improvement:
  1.Suggest and effectuate improvements to obtain the desired properties
        (1)The employee assists in the discussion about the characterization and possibilities to improve on the sample characteristics. Proposes methods to improve processing, suggest alternatives for e.g. additives, etc.
  2. Assist in executing and interpreting reliability testing
        (1)At various points in the development, samples will be stress-tested in various ways: Durability and reliability (repeated switching, high / low temperature storage etc) will be asserted and improved. The employee will assist in the execution and interpretation of these tests.
  3. Assist in other QA-activities

General
  1. Continuously improves our way of working by evaluation of his own work and of colleagues signaling structural errors
  2. Contribute to the learning organization by sharing experiences and learning from others
  3. Will eventually lead a small team of engineers, improving the capabilities and effectiveness of the process engineering team.
