职位描述：
Responsibility/工作职责：
1．接待：来访来电来客接待，快递收发，收发传真，文档打印复印；
2．办公环境卫生管理，办公设备、设施的维护和维修；
3．办公采购：办公电器、办公用品（含日用品）、办公设备、设施，订购水等；
4．固定资产管理：库存管理、申购、领用登记，资产盘点；
6．负责公司文化宣传，组织、开展公司各项活动，维护良好的企业文化；
7．负责员工考勤日常监督和汇总管理；
8．负责入职离职手续的办理；
9．负责人事相关工作的；
10、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Qualification/任职要求：
1大专及以上学历，有较好的学习能力与工作能力；
2.有一年以上行政或人力资源相关工作经验更佳；
3.人品端正，耐心，有亲和力，办事严谨，有责任心；
4.有良好的沟通表达能力，能积极主动完成工作；
5.熟悉电脑操作，有良好的信息搜索和信息总结能力；
6.熟悉常用办公软件（ Word、 Excel、 PPT）

Immotor is a pioneering company in the green mobile transportation industry. We focus on offering green, portable, intelligent mobile transportation vehicles and power-assisted systems to modern urbanites.
 
Immotor China (Shenzhen Immotor Technology Co.,Ltd) was founded on Dec. 1st, 2015 and it was registered in the Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
 
Immotor has strong capabilities in product designing, researching, manufacturing, selling, delivering and on-cloud/off-cloud servicing for global customers.
