Main Purpose:
? Support Regional sales head to develop the Clarks business in the territory(West-South) where assigned by the company
? Deliver targeted sales and contribution whilst maintaining brand integrity in the market place
? Act as the key contact with the distributor and Franchisee, ensuring timely collection of retail and sales information
? Assist the Regional Sr. ASM to accomplish the sales target.
? Train and coach the shop staff, ensure correct delivery of Clarks brand( POS,VM,etc)

Core Accountabilities :
? Deliver sale plan in responsible area across all product and distribution channels
? Drive and deliver the regional sales strategy in responsible area
? Executing the customer development scheme, in order to accomplish the sales target in the responsible area.
? Seek new opportunities and support Regional Sr. ASM to identify.
? Executing sell in process to collect forward order , driving sell out thru retail marketing & training and incentive program
? Responsible for representing the Brand and following company policy in a professional manner at all times
? Work closely with internal operation and product team to ensure timely shipment and payment of customers’ order
? Coordinator with retail team on store opening process, bridge between Clarks and the customers and franchisee to ensure this process is followed consistently.
? Provide training, supervision and track performance of each outlet in the responsible area.
? To ensure that all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are collected in time from the customers and provide analysis as required.
? Pay regular visits to all Clarks shops according to the visiting calendar, and work with Retail Dept. on VM, retail development training, etc.
? Be the central point of contact in territory between the customers and internal function team, such as RSH, Retail, Product, Marketing and Finance, to deliver timely messages between each other.

Key Outputs/Results :
? Achieve the store opening plan as per the regional development strategy
? Achieve the retail sales growth target as per the customer’s own development plan,
? Accomplish the regional order target.
? Ensure that the requirements/responsibilities are met as determined in the store opening process, and the store image should meet the company standards.
? Pay regular visits to Clarks outlets
? Receive regular VM and product training and provide training to customers
? Provide data analysis to assist RSM to set relevant sales policy and strategy
