?Shapes customer order behavior to drive productivity
?Provides on time communications to the customers on relevant matters.
?Leads DRM RCCA and executes corrective actions

?Manages performance and builds capabilities
Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive Customer Service management experience
?3+ yrs of proven expr in B2C & B2B Customer handling experience, Project Order execution
?3+ years of proven ability/hands-on expr of handling order acquisition and working closely and directly with Channel Sales teams
? Bachelor degree in operations/technology & MBA or related masters degree
