职位描述：
In this role, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development and enhancement process of our portfolio of internal software products from discovery to delivery. In addition, you will be the gatekeeper of all data entering and exiting each program. This is a role with great growth potential that entails wearing multiple hats from data entry to detailed software requirements.
You will interact directly with key stakeholders to affect the delivery of digital projects for our internal/external customers. This Product Manager is responsible for “getting it” and effectively “communicating it,” gaining an understanding of the defined business need and working with multidisciplinary teams to drive the completion of projects.
Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally within the business to execute and deliver products and bridge business needs with user needs.
? Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks for completing work
? Data entry with a detail oriented touch and passion for perfection
? Ensure appropriate research and testing is done before we build solutions
? Bring a “can-do” spirit with a focus on getting work to “complete” and “ready to work”
? Partner with process and production teams to communicate and troubleshoot issues
? Maintain existing project Gantt charts and summary dashboards, and build new ones as new projects are on-boarded
? Consistently look for ways to improve upon all existing in-house software.

Previous Experience:
? Proficiency in web technologies and systems such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Docs, Excel, CMS, and SaaS
? Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
? Experience working closely in cross-disciplinary teams, including business analysts and developers, to shepherd products through to completion
? Comprehensive understanding of the current trends and best practices in web, mobile, and emerging technologies
? Practical knowledge of agile methodologies, usability testing, and UX/UI
? Understanding of product design, manufacturing and inventory management a major plus.
