职位描述：
1. Cost/Price calculation & quotation
    产品报价和成本核算。
2. Coordinate with both our customer and our factory
    在客户和工厂之间，做好沟通和协调工作。
3. Coordinate with Engineer dept. to set up customer default & product development.
    与工程部门一起，建立客户违约处理及产品的研发。
4. Communicating with customers by email and phone
     通过邮件或电话与客户进行沟通。
5. Responding to the inquiry of new materials and new products
     响应客户对新材料或产品的询价。
6. Following up the inquire with sourcing department.
     与采购部门一起跟进询价相关工作。
7. Following up shipment for 3rd party fabric.
     第三方布料货运的跟进。
8. Directing production planning to confirm the requirements and priorities.
     引导生产计划，确认客户订单需求与优先。
9. Approving a/w before any printing.
     设计稿印刷前的确认。
10. Approving production samples
     产品样本的确认。
11. Quality checking goods (file copies), service and deliveries
     产品质量的检查、服务跟进及交货确认。
12. Handling customer feedback and complaints
     及时响应客户的反馈及投诉。
