2.至少 3 年机械设计经验, 消费类电子产品

4.熟悉ESD
5. 熟悉操作 PRO/E设计软件、 微软办公软件等
6.熟悉模具和冲压件制造工艺
7.熟悉产品装配技术和生产工艺
8.英语书写流利
岗位职责︰
1.支持 ID 可行性研究设计和支持工厂自动化规划和自动化装配设计
2.定义产品布局和整合流程、 机械组件，在 PCB 电路板和组件水平使用 Pro/E建模
3.与电子工程、 QA 团队、 生产团队、 采购团队、 供货商、 认证机构、 工程设计顾问和客户沟通要求报告状态
4.创建和维护包括物料清单、 图纸和说明
5.设计文档, 分析和解决机械设计问题并提供事先经验和公差分析等应用的解决方案
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering
2. At least 3 year's mechanical design experience in Consumer electronic products
3. Good communication skill, willing to work in team environment
4. Good technical knowledge of ESD etc
5. Proficiency in the software of PRO/E design software, Microsoft office etc
6. Familiar with knowledge of mould and stamping manufacture process
7. Familiar with the product assembly technique and production process
8. Fluent in English writing.
Job responsibilities:
1. Support feasibility studies on ID design and support factory automation planning and automation assembly design
2. Define product layout and assembly procedures, take significant responsibilities on mechanical assemblies on PCB board and components level using Pro/E modeling
3. Interface with electronic engineering, QA team, production team, sourcing team, suppliers, certification agency, engineering design consultant, and customers to communicate requirements and report status.
4. Create and maintain design documentation including BOM, drawings and instructions
5. Analyze and resolve mechanical design problems and provide solutions applying prior experience and tolerance analysis etc
