职位描述：
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, you will take the authority of the buying process in all new development projects, from project feasibility phase until the launch in production.
You will support the R&D Department, being part of the Project teams. You will have to find, audit and select suppliers taking into account the R&D needs, the LEM supplier qualification process and the LEM purchasing policy defined by the Purchasing team. Technology survey is part of your responsibility. You will participate in the optimization of the supplier panel in a Global Sourcing and Multi-Site vision.
Within the framework of the projects, you will have to make the first part price estimations, you will negotiate, establish and follow contracts, manage the launch of tools and prototypes, follow the parts qualification. You are therefore a key team player in the achievement of our three main operational objectives: quality improvement, cost reduction and “on time” delivery.
You will coordinate your counterpart in our Chinese and Bulgarian sites in order to establish the best cross-functional organization.
As highly motivated and dynamic professional, you play a key role in the new product developments. You are always ready to respond proactively to internal clients in a transversal dynamic.

Profile :
University or equivalent technical degree in electronic, mechanics and/or plastics,
5+ years proven activity as Project Buyer in a Competitive Technical & Mass Production Environment. An Automotive experience is a plus.
Familiar with electronic, mechanical and plastic parts.
Good knowledge in APQP and Total Quality Management tools.
With an international sourcing expertise especially from low cost countries.
Fluent in English communication
