职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance brand image
2. Capitalize on international PR strategy to generate high local visibility
3. Coordinate and liaise with different parties e.g. Celebrity & agent, KOL & agent, PR agency, Celebrities, media, etc.
4. Organize and manage press days, photo-shoots and other press activities
5. Develop annual PR calendars and prepare press presentations accordingly
6. Initiate and follow-up on Celebrity endorsements and related activities
7. Develop and execute offsite PR events
8. A heavy focus on digital and social media
9. Analyze and evaluate PR results with measurable KPIs and closely monitor PR coverage and generating necessary competitor analysis
10. Manage PR team to enhance PR results and brand awareness
11. Liaise and negotiate with other business partners for seeking more PR angles
12. Prepare and organize all press materials and communique- Maintain best relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
13. Assist department head on any ad hoc projects and events

Requirement:
1. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Public Relationship Dept.
2. Experience in China market and Fashion Retail Industry
3. Experience in PR/marketing agencies is a plus
4. Creative, driven, stable, ability to work under pressure
5. Team player, excellent communication skill, ownership
6. Proven knowledge and experience on both traditional PR and EPR
7. Energetic, sociable and excellent inter-personal skills
8. Proactive and has strong passion for fashion
9. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
10. Good logic thinking, sharp and clear mentally, well organize, quick response, good presentation skill
