职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Design execution and oversight of all projects within the studio relative the expertise required
？ Manage Design and Technical staff to increase quality and performance of the team
？ Support executive Management and Business Development teams in project pursuits
？ Develop expertise and drive excellence
？ Drive initiatives for the overall End Market
？ To be a role model and mentor to all staff
Requirements:
？ Over 15 years’ experience with Accredited Architecture Degree
？ At least 5 years leadership experience in previous position
？ Deep experience in the Design field especially in a specified typology
？ Solid Design experience
？ Strong organizational and management skills
？ A recognizable portfolio with project experience in China
？ Recognition from Clients and/or industry peers as an industry leader
？ Excellent team player
？ Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
