MISSION :
This position is to support General Manager to achieve revenue/volume/margin budget of South China outdoor sales division through best optimization of business development productivity and regional logistics product team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead CCLOG South China outdoor sales ,through local sales activities, truly understand and take full advantage of existing logistics products of CMA CGM group, including but not limited to, FCL, LCL, AIR, MULTIMODEL/RAILWAY, ADVANCED HUB, CONTROL TOWER, Cargo Insurance, as well as other coming products.
- Lead South China outdoor Sales team aggressively, innovatively and boldly promote all types of logistics products to potential customers, by all possible approaching means with aim to maximize CCLOG brand reputation and dig out every commercial opportunities.
- Lead, coach and manage South China outdoor sales team always challenge best performance:
Review sales individual performance regularly and closely;
CRM transparent in line with actual sales activity
Company resource rebalance to max reward best performer and motivate runner up
- Make regular sales calls, Maintain regular contact with key customers, ensure have own target accounts.
- Coordinate with other functions/departments at region level
- Comply with company value. Integrity, Initiative, Innovation, Boldness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of experience in global logistics /key account management at leading Freight Forwarding is a must
- Proven outdoor sales successful performance tracked
- Ability of effective people management through KPI setting and measurement
- Ability to intergrade and coordinate efforts resources across functions
- Ability for customer analysis to identify problems and set up TO-DO action plan accordingly
- Willing to take challenge and to drive innovation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Wiling to travel for business
