职位描述：
Position Requirements:
? Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
? 5+ years’ experience in a similar position, especially in vehicle electrification.
? Strong technical background in the semiconductor industry and in automotive hardware design, motor driver technical background is preferred.
? A track record of proven success in automotive applications positions, with demonstrated results in achieving design in and wins
? Must be proficient and knowledgeable in the following areas: automotive systems expertise, application circuit design, Motor driver application etc.
? Mandatory to have good written and oral communication skills in English.
? Self-motivated individual who can learn new application projects and can work well with other engineering and business teams.

Required Skills:
? Excellent technical skills (semiconductor, hardware, software, systems architecture) automotive applications engineering experience.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong Knowledge of semiconductor automotive product portfolios.
? Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
? Strong presentation Skills.
? Proficient in English language
