POSITION SUMMARY
Handling incoming calls, receiving visitors, receiving and registration of couriers and parcels, mailroom duties, ordering and stock keeping of office supplies, and general office administration duties as assigned by Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receive, answer and direct all incoming telephone calls, greet callers in a professional and courteous manner; take and forward messages as requested; screen incoming calls, forward to and inform the correct party as appropriate; maintain current telephone listings and coordinate service changes; provide directory assistance in order to maintain FTN's public image and enrich all callers' experience with FTN.
* Maintain inventory of office materials and supplies; type forms, reports, correspondence, and other materials; provide general secretarial support to management team as needed; maintain files, logs, and other assigned records; handle administrative work in the office as requested in order to address administrative needs in the office.
* Send, receive and distribute faxes, mails, parcels and electronic messages to office personnel in order to ensure information is directed to the appropriate party.
* Greet, receive, screen and direct visitors to the office, inform the appropriate personnel; provide routing information for visitors in order to maintain FTN's public image.

REQUIREMENT
(1) College or above.
(2) Above 2 years relevant experience in multi-national organization.
(3) Professional telephone manners and techniques.
(4) Experienced in office administrative support.
(5) Knowledge in MS Window Office software applications.
(6) Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
(7) Good verbal English, Mandarin and local languages.
(8) Good organizational, telephone and business etiquette skills.
(9) Good human interaction and communication skills.
(10) Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
(11) Have strong sense of customer service.
(12) Willing to do and willing to learn.
