Job target :
Provide a technical support to Asian customers (BLDC as a main priority but also for AFIC / ARPA / AGS)
Support China team for all the electronic and SW related topics
Solve (urgent) quality issues directly at the customer (frequent - and sometimes long- business trip to be expected)
Main targets and expected achievements
Provide a technical support in serial life and project life
increase reactivity and local presence towards Asian customers
smooth SOPs
clear specs for SW pulled from customers
good interface between customers and BU
ease communication between customers and BU
Lead electronic topics for project development and issues after SOP
Increase customer's satisfaction
Increase team's knowledge for electronic and SW development
Provide service engineering to customers when they need to design their
systems with our products
Convince customers to trust SBZ for new businesses
Learn and get used to SBZ customers' base for business development
Support sales and application managers for sales activities when they have a
lack of capacity
Professional competences required :
* Already worked for or in contact with ECU makers
* Experience in automotive industry (>3 years)
* Already worked for a European or American company

N+1: Business development manager Asia
N+2: Automotive's director
Tools and competencies
Education background
* Master in electronic engineering
* Automotive engineering
Language :
Chinese native, English fluent
Knowledge:
* electronics (smart electronics / SW development / LIN / CAN)
* Knows the interface between ECU and smart electronics tools
* electromagnetism
* English
* Basics in mechanism
* Project management
* C programming would be a plus
Personal characteristics :
Hard worker, reliable, trustful, independent, good communication, precise, on time, enthusiastic, open-minded
