Summary

The R & D team works on developing systems that form the backbone of i.am+’s NLU platform intelligence. Natural Language Understanding (NLU) is a primary focus of this team. You will be part of the team working on developing an NLU system that will understand all user queries and provide conversational support. Eventually, the system should provide APIs that enable third party developer to train NLU for their apps. 

Responsibilities:

1.Contribute to research efforts from prototyping, development, deployment and improvement of i.am+ NLU platform. 
2.Ability to design overall systems to ensure scalability and for further optimizations and enhancements
3.Spearhead a few research modules along with a small team of engineers and research members.
4.Write good quality code, covered with tests
5.Do peer code reviews for other team members
6.Publish research contributions either as patents / good conference/journal publications
7.Travel may be required

Qualifications:

1.Strong hands-on experience in Machine learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, ML/NLP is a must.
2.5+ years of development experience on tensor flow, open source deep learning toolkits or any other state-of-the-art NLU / ML / AI systems.
3.Must have an active publication stream in related areas of interest.
4.Master in Computer Science, related to the above-mentioned areas.
