Job Description :
1. Procurement
a. Always proactively get most competitive LCL rate from both self developed master console table and key coloaders to max support sales win LCL freight opportunity.
b. Always strive for best service delivery, including but not limited to , space guarantee, transit smooth and other ad hoc issues resolvement.
c. Good relationship maintain with target CFS operator and key coloaders.
d. Constructively create , identify ,set up best selling points based on timely changed LCL market locally and globally.
2. Ambassador of LCL freight product to both CCL and CCS
a. Market intelligency collected and posted
b. Frequent training and coaching commercial team better understand LCL product knowledge and industrial development trend, across South China and Hong Kong
c. Jointly sales call with sales force in case of need
3. PUSH PULL, for every convinced product and possible opportunity.
a. Within CCL global network
b. With Central & North China
c. Develop 3rd agency out of CCL network
4. Highly effective communication with HO and management to fully understand guide line and good execute top down instruction in time
5. Always creative thinking
a. Communicate with other product managers to dig out any connection points that can be synergied to max optimize LCL product scheme, including but limited to, cargo insurance, sea-LCL/railway-LCL opportunity
b. Cargowise ONE CRM data analysis and proactively prepare relevent LCL prodcut for max sales promotion
6. Always hands on and more than 100% dedication
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Company
- Above 2 years of experience in Railway Product selling
- Proven outdoor sales successful performance tracked
- Ability for customer analysis to identify problems and set up TO-DO action plan accordingly
- Willing to take challenge and to drive innovation
- Good oral English and communication skills
- Wiling to travel for business
