职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle booking & documentation, service inquiries and account maintenance;
- To resolve customer issues at first point of contact;
- To ensure the accuracy of all reports and forecasts;
- To provide customer assistance to utilize Company’s service (equipment, routing);
- To cooperate with other teams & agents to handle the clients’ inquiries with professional service manner;
- To maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor and communication;
- To work with sales team to achieve sales target;
- To support or lead the project related to process improvement and standardization.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- University graduate;
- Self-motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Willing to work under pressure;
- Excellent English communication skills, with CET 6 or above is preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Processing.
