职位描述：
Senior Android Driver Developer (Qualcomm)
Main responsibility as Android Driver Developer
1．Work on the development of Drivers, Device bringup and bug fixing for bq smartphone.
2．Work closely with bq's QA and Development teams in Europe.
3．Directly interact with platform manufacturers and components suppliers.
4．Interact and support other teams during the whole device life-cycle (design,
development, and production).
5．Learn and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Skills for Android Framework Developer
1．At least 3 years' Qualcomm Android Driver development experience
2．Be able to independently finish the bring-up work of most of the following drivers LCD,
TP, Camera, Charging, Battery, bootloader, LED, pmic, G/P/AL/M sensors, finger print, audio
related drivers etc .
3．Linux kernel and C experience is a must. Any other languages as C++, JAVA, bash will be
ideal.
4．Strong git knowledge.
5．Debugging and good problem-solving skills.
6．Good level of written/spoken English.
7．Excellent communication skills.
8．Bachelor degree and above, major in Computer Science or related is preferred.
9．Know self-discipline and self-motivated, could work under pressure, Know how to make
progress quickly
10．Honest and integrity, willing to pay the responsibility, team-work player
高级Android 驱动工程师（高通方向）
1．负责驱动开发工作, 负责bq智能手机设备bringup和相关bug的修复。
2．与bq的欧洲QA和开发团队密切合作。
3．直接与平台制造商和零部件供应商沟通。
4．与其他团队互动，在设备生命周期内提供支持(设计、开发和生产)。
5．和你的同事一起学习和分享你的知识。
任职资格：
1．3年以上高通平台android 驱动开发经验
2．能够独立完成以下大部分驱动的调试工作：LCD, TP, Camera, Charging, Battery,
bootloader, LED, pmic, G/P/AL/M sensors, finger print, audio related drivers etc .
3．必须linux 内核相关知识和C编程经验，具有C++，JAVA经验更好
4．熟练掌握git的相关知识
5．出色的调试和解决问题的能力
6．良好的英语读写能力
7．出色的沟通能力
8．本科以上学历，计算机科学与相关专业更好
9．懂得自律和自我激励，能在压力下工作，懂得如何快速进步
10．诚实正直，愿意承担责任，有团队合作精神。
