Operation Manager

国外酒店平台拿了投资的团队，软银投了10亿USD，国外市场已开拓的很好， 现在深圳建团队开拓中国市场。

Operations team is the heart and soul of the company. They are the leaders that help us in making sure that every customer that stays at the company gets an incredible experience
What you will do:
? Ability to engage with different stakeholders - vendors, property owners, business development, etc
? Executing complex operations and solving problems persistently and at lightning speed.
? Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Consumer experience with the right balance.
? Ability to network with hotel owners, corporate and open additional structured channels of demand.
? In charge of continually improving customer experience while minimizing costs and streamline processes
? Make playbook for best practices in Ops which could be replicated in other cities
Eligibility Criteria
? 5+ years professional experience - backgrounds in consulting or have worked in startup environment
? Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects
? Ability/Willingness to build operational capabilities.
? A good understanding of consumer experience or how to build it.
? Good command over English and Chinese
