1、负责项目施工工程中机电专业技术支持与审核；
2、参与机电设计协调，审核施工单位施工方案；
3、组织协调监控项目各环节机电工作；
4、组织机电专业验收。
岗位要求：
建筑电气、机电、暖通等机关专业本科及以上学历，中级职称，6年房地产机电领域经验，商业综合体项目工作经验，熟悉规范流程，团队合作意识较强。
