职位描述：
General Overview:
Participate as a member of R&D team responsible for supporting develop the electrical thermal printer and similar products, sustaining the current product on productivity, quality, and delivery. Specific responsibilities include assist and participate circuit design, documentation, prototyping, debugging, testing and qualification, and achieve to production of reliable and cost effective printer electronics solutions. Major areas include motor control; thermal print head control, host IO communication, MCU and memory systems, power supply design, EMC, and other analog and digital circuit design.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
? 30% Responsible for sustaining current product on productivity, quality, and delivery.
o Follow instruction and align with supervisor on any deliverable.
? 20% Keep the technical documents (BOM, SCH, PCB, specification…) and technical databases up to date
o Follow instruction and align with supervisor on any deliverable.
? 10% Assist for developing the electronically thermal printers and similar products. Assist in the process of bringing the product design to mass production.
? 10% Responsible to meet electrical compliance requirements (CE, FCC, C-Tick, EMC and others) working with Compliance team and own supervisor.
? 10% Specific responsibilities
o Assist and participate circuit design, when requested by supervisor.
o Assist in prototyping, debugging, testing, and qualification, of products, or components as directed by supervisor.
o Assist supervisor achieve production of reliable and cost effective printer electronics solutions.
? 20% Work under general project level supervision – exhibit self-motivation and drive.
o Deliver any request from supervisor in support of any DYMO projects or products on time, accurately, and in professional manner.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
? Any hands on experience, or school projects involving design and or construction of appliances with electrical or electronic components.
? Members of professional association
? 0-1 years of experience in develop the consumable or commercial electrical products.
? This is an entry level job, so a new university graduate is acceptable if they show some potential.
? Good team player. Ability to work and communicate with project team members, functional areas, divisions, and companies.
? Ability to work independently under time and resource constraints
? Familiarity and experience with EDA tools, e.g. OrCAD capture
? Fluent mandarin. Basic communication in English (speak and write)
? Experience on application of MCU, motor, TPH, power supply, analog and digital circuit design preferred
? Experience on dealing with manufacture preferred
