PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Create a digital ecosystem that develops brand customers from prospects to loyal customers
- Increase loyalty through multi-channel (OTO) and cross category purchasing behavior
- Bring added value to brand Wechat account through relevant editorial line, services and pioneering initiatives
- Increase efficiency of our CRM communication in terms of reach and ROI
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Manages brand Wechat Service account
- Defines the account structure, services offer and editorial line
- Responsible for the content in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Help convey the brands key messages
- Activate CRM functions in order to convert fan, increase 2d purchase, retention and average spending
- Drive traffic to brand website and Wechat store
Manage client’s life-cycle through digital means (e-DM, Wechat pushes)
- Create content consistent with the brand values and marketing activities
- Monitor the efficiency
- Keep our tools relevant to Chinese customers
Responsible for wechat/e-DM communication on product, retail marketing and e-commerce campaigns
Collect competition wechat and e-CRM activities, analysis result and then recommend to brand
Help sales team well understand CRM campaigns and better execution

- Fan conversion
- Nb of readers / Like
- Multi-Channel sales

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key competencies:
- Experience on managing a Wechat account
- Experience on building a CRM communication plan
- Experience on data analysis
- Capacity to learn from competition and innovate
- Well communication skill, logical thinking, strong team player, self –motivated
- Open-minded and passionate
Technical skills:
- Wechat environment
- Fluent both on oral and written English
- Familiarity with excel, ppt…
Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years relevant working experience in CRM
