职位描述：
The job holder is responsible for purchase of trucks business, support sales business with purchase order handling.
本职位员工主要处理叉车相关业务采购订单，从而支持销售业务。

Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作:
                                                       
- Review orders to ensure orders are compliance with regulation
- Maintain purchase order/contract according with approved orders
- Confirm Order information with sales team and handle changes
- Cooperate with suppliers and logistic team to ensure goods arrive in time
- Maintain purchase status for inquiry and communicate for exceptions
- Handle payment application according to purchase terms
- Documents filing
- Other supporting work

- 根据相关规定审核订单完整性
- 维护采购订单/销售合同的完整性
- 与销售团队确认订单，并处理相应的变更
- 与供应商和物流团队合作，确保货物准时到货
- 跟踪货物状态，特殊情况的处理和沟通
- 特殊付款方式申请
- 文件归档
- 其他支持性的工作

职位要求：
- University graduate, major in supply chain or economic management is preferred
- More than 5 years purchasing related experience
- Familiar with MS Office
- Knowledge and experience in ERP, SAP experience is preferred
- Good English in oral and writing
- Knowledge of International trading
