MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

- Responsible for monthly editorial and monthly press release send-out, establish media contact database and collect editorial clippings and submit the related reports

- Responsible for press release and press materials including gaining from central PR, supervisor translation house, in charge of wording proof, fine-turn the format and send-out to media, and control the exposure quality and quantity

- Support manager to fulfill department goals, to maintain brand leadership in editorial ranking with media (Magazine, Newspaper and TV)

- Collect competitive PR initiatives; submit the related reports

- Support manager to plan and execute PR events, work smoothly with agencies

- Keep good relationship with internal functions and central PR team

- Responsible for filing and magazine/newspaper samples collection

Technical skills:

- At least above 3 years related experience;

- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication

- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Profile :

- University graduate or above
