职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责对新产品进行评估测试，建立测试计划与标准；
2、与工程师共同分析改良不符合项，并进行改良效果确认；
3、负责产品各项性能参数的测试，确保产品质量；
4、熟悉产品可靠性测试的方法与流程；
5、熟悉3C等相关要求；
6、建立相关测试规范与标准。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，电子专业，具有电声相关知识背景；
2、熟悉常见电声元器件的性能指标及测试,熟悉声学仿真软件的使用.
3、熟悉智能穿戴产品的相关测试标准.
4、熟练使用各种仪器设备,如示波器、音频分析仪等。
