职位描述：
Job Purpose:
The Shipping team leader is focus on both inbound & outbound shipments to be delivered on time and Forwarder management, as well as freight cost control effectively for shipping team.
Key areas of accountability:
? Shipping team management
? Logistics service quotation collection.
? Shipping team monthly report.
? Logistics service supplier management.
? Collect marketing information and optimizing project.
? Monthly Margin report.
? Control the actual freight within freight budget.
? Support HOD for related project.
Job scope:
Work under proper supervising and all tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge & experience. Works can be done by following the set processes and lead a new process when required. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to shipping team and direct impact to shipment on time delivery. Interact with both internal and external parties..
Qualification:
1. Hold a bachelor degree on Business Administration/Study or equivalent.
2. 8+ years experience in transportation/distribution/Import & Export field/ 3PL company management; 3+ year management experience.
3. Good interpersonal relationship, communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and with hands-on common PC application software.
