职位描述
英语良好，工作出色者，可升为采购员。
1：协助采购员高效率完成各订单的交期确认以及延期订单追复；
2：整理报表并根据SAP系统要求做订单交期提前，延期等工作；
3：协助采购员管理各项文案存档，发送以及分类；
4：完成采购员交给的其他事项；
5：具有良好的团队协助，配合能力以及良好的个人素质，职业道德修养和团队精神；
6：身体健康，品行端正，性格稳重，吃亏耐劳，无不良嗜好；
7：具有较强的计划，执行能力。
8: 基本的英语邮件读写能力。
Job description :-
- Follow up with suppliers for PO delivery confirmation, overdue & update SAP.
- Maintain material delivery schedule with suppliers.
- Assist buyers to solve PO problems, such as expediting, de-expedite, payment,price, quotation….
- Maintain SAP data, co-operate with team members to update wkly report.
- Follow up other tasks assigned.
