职位描述：
美国500强公司深圳site EHS。

Typically requires BS/BA or equivalent. Major in Safety Engineering, MS/MBA/MA preferred. 2 years of related experience
1.Proven track record of fab safety performance with extensive fab exposure
2.Effectively prioritizes/drives various initiatives
3.Ability to build close relationships with customer
4.Ability to lead, manage, mentor, and motivate people and cultural boundaries with a focus on improving the safety culture

 
This is a mentoring/supporting role for a customer site with the following key responsibilities,
1.Help employees on the fab floor to ensure safety procedures are understood and followed
2.Promote and role model safety in the workplace within the entire team.
3.Reinforce the Safety Culture
4.Ensure customer safety requirements are aligned with Customer operations and adhered to by Customer resources.
5.Represent Customer weekly safety meeting, and any other EHS type meetings.
6.Establish strong working relationships with customer Field Service Engineers, Supervisors, Managers.
7.Verify that procedures being used by Customer are in line with Customer’s safety guidelines for similar activities.
9.Perform LOTO signoff while the LOTO-signoff program is in place.
10.Provide input on safety for Project Work Safety Plan.
11.Audit correct condition and usage PPE by toolset
12.Ensure all safety equipment is available/certified/calibrated within timelines.
13.Coordinate mandatory safety training (Customer) and track attendance till full completion and (re)certifications for all Customer resources.
14.Provide new-hire and site visitor safety orientation once on site. Ensure completion of site specific training. Conduct JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) for new hires and when introducing an FSE to a new tool set. Review and adjust on annual basis.
15.Certified trainer for work on heights.
16.Office safety & Ergo auditor.
17.Understand the EHS (Customer and Company) procedures and Policies. Be the central point of contact for Customer on any queries from Customer resources.
18.Communicate Safety Tech Bulletins during Site AEMs and communicate it to the customer.
19.Ensure all safety retrofits are managed and implemented in a timely manner.
20.Work with the EHS manager on all safety related items for your site
21.Create and maintain a LOTO test bench for practical demonstrations to reinforce the theoretical WBT training.
22.Track EHS metrics for your site, communicate performance and display on the poster board in the office.
23.Coordinate monthly SAFE meetings for all Customer resources at your site
24.Mentor FSEs on EHS policies
25.Represent site in safety meeting
26.Track site EHS man hours and update tracking template
27.Assist Customer EHS with investigation of any site safety incidents/first aids.

这是一个服务于客户现场，重要的指导和支持性角色，负有以下关键职责
 1。现场帮助员工理解EHS规章制度和并确保被遵循
2。在整个团队的工作环境中扮演安全示范者的角色。
3。推行和加强安全文化
4。确保客户的安全要求得到执行
5。作为公司代表参加客户每周的安全会议，以及其他类型的EHS会议。
6。与客户现场服务工程师、主管、经理建立良好的工作关系。
7。验证客户使用的程序是否符合客户的安全指导方针。
9。必要时，执行LOTO 活动的签核。
10。为作业安全计划提供意见。
11。审核个人防护用具的使用和状态
12。确保所有安全设备/认证/校准按时完成
13。协调强制性的客户提供的安全培训的参与及完成
14。在新员工或访客到达和提供新员工安全培训（safety orientation）。确保现场各项安全培训的完成。当新员工（服务工程师）需要进行新设备的服时，对他们进行作业风险分析（JHA）的指导。
15。作为讲师进行高处作业培训
16。执行办公室安全与人机工程学审核
17。了解客户的EHS程序和政策，作为客户EHS程序和要求的查询窗口。
18。在全员大会上沟通客户安全信息，并将相关安全问题与客户沟通。
19。确保所有的设备安全改造都能及时得到实施。
20。与EHS经理一起为您的客户服务现场提供所有的相关安全支持
21。在员工接受LOTO在线培训后，执行LOTO现场教学，以加强培训效果。
22。跟踪和沟通EHS绩效，并张贴于办公室的海报上或显示屏上。
23。对每月的安全信息（Safety Awareness For Everyone）进行开会沟通
24。对客户服务工程师进行EHS程序和要求的指导
25。代表客户点（site）参加安全会议
26。追踪本客户现场的安全工时数
27。协助客户调查任何现场发生的安全事故或轻微受伤。
