职位描述：
- Closely monitor the Chemical regulations & directives updates in Europe on consumer products (toys, textile, electrical products, cutlery, wood, metal, plastic, candles, food safe…)
- Provide guidelines on alternative chemicals to substitute substances that are or will be listed on SVHC Candidate List (part of REACH)
- Secure RoHS 2 fulfilment on all electrical products sourced in China
- Together with local and Swedish colleagues develop more environmentally friendly products and Suppliers that fulfil our Customers expectations and our sustainability goals
- Perform chemical risk analysis on product design and manufacturing process and arrange routine test to check compliance
- Steer and support our Suppliers development in terms of chemicals and environmental management
- Combine technical knowledge and Customer view with cost efficient solutions
- Support our commercial teams in evaluating new Suppliers from an Environmental perspective
- Engineering background in chemistry
- 5 years + related experience
- Familiar with consumer goods sold on the EU market
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and environmental management systems
- Ability to perform hands on troubleshooting and problem solving
- Good analytical, project management and communications skills
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, oral)
- Willing to travel
