职位描述：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
财务分析和成本控制，投资分析，财务团队关键成员，汇报给财务总监。
Finance Analysis and Cost Control, Capital analysis, Core member of finance team, report to FC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. 产品标准成本管理，对各产品线系统标准成本定期分析审核，确保标准成本更新及时准确；对产品成本差异进行分析，确保差异在合理范围之内；
        Product standard cost management, timely review standard cost by product line to ensure timeliness and accuracy; Variance analysis to ensure variance in a reasonable range;
B. 产品成本管理和分析，提供新产品或者特定产品的分析资料；参与新产品报价；Product cost management and analysis, provide new or specific product analysis data; Participate in new product quotation;
C. MFG系统标准成本管理，年度标准成本更新等；制造成本及存货会计核算；
MFG system standard cost management, annual standard cost update; MFG cost and inventory accounting;
D. 财务分析报告，包括而不仅限于预算分析，滚动预测分析，毛利分析，订单报表，营运资本分析预测等；
Regular financial report, including not limited to profit plan analysis, rolling forecast analysis, margin analysis, order in-take report, working capital analysis and forecast, etc;
E. 投资分析，负责对公司新增和更新固定资产进行投资预测分析，提交分析报告
Capital investment analysis, prepare and submit Capital Appropriate Request (CAR) analysis;
F. 部门费用分析，对部门的费用进行跟踪管理，提供差异分析报告；
Department expense analysis, tracking department expense variance and provide reports;
G. 完成与本岗位相关的内控、SOX及审计等相关工作，确保符合公司内控制度和财务制度；
Complete relevant work of this position in internal audit, SOX and annual auditing, ensure all work to align with corporate internal audit and financial policy;
H. 参与部门持续改进项目，定期审核并及时更新本岗位的工作手册，财务流程等；Participate in department Continuous Improvement, timely review and update Standard Work Manual, finance process of this position;
I. 完成主管分配的其他工作。

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. 会计相关专业大学本科以上学历（全日制本科及以上）。
Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting. Major in Accounting or Finance.
B. 外资企业3年以上财务分析和制造工厂成本工作经验。
Above 3 years solid background in FP&A and MFG plant cost management.
C. 丰富的生产制造行业会计知识。
Excellent knowledge of accounting in a manufacturing environment.
D. 熟悉会计、税务法规及政策。
Familiar with the financial and tax policy.
E. 熟悉中美方会计准则及会计报表。
Familiar with China & US GAAP. Familiar with statutory report.
F. 精通Excel/PPT软件操作，了解MFG/Pro及Oracle等ERP系统尤佳。
Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with integrated operational system, MFG/Pro & Oracle would be a plus.
G. 自信、适应能力强，积极主动，并乐于接受挑战性工作；良好的沟通技巧，对工作充满热情。
Confident & adaptable, willing to take challenges and self-motivated, smart working; Good interpersonal & communication skills, with enthusiasm towards work.
H. 高度的个人诚信和坚定地致力于道德行为。
High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior.
