Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, product, pricing, competitors, potential and existing customers
Background
Polyconcept Supplier group has currently 2 well-established leading business units in the US and Europe. Created in 2013, the new division Polyconcept International Market aim to facilitate customers outside Europe and US to get optimal access to all global means Polyconcept possess in its North-American companies Leeds/Bullet/Journal Book, PF Concept Europe and the Global Buying Platform of Polyconcept in Shanghai/Bangladesh.
PCIM headquarters are located in Hong Kong, while its team is spread in the following key locations Hong Kong, Shanghai, Holland, USA.
*Objectives & Result Areas
*As a key element of the team during its expansion, your performance will be judged on the profitability and sales growth of the division
*Responsible for the pricing set up, you will be strong in analysis, have product interest and be relentless into making sure our product are priced correctly for each markets
Quality of the research & analysis conducted leading to the Right product at the Right price on the Right market
Accountabilities (including but not limited to)
*Assess, as well as potentially challenge client's (existing and potential) supply chain and pricing structure.
*Understand each potential market pricing structure, competition,
*Create & Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
*Price: Set up, Analyze, Challenge, Managing, updating prices and price-lists when necessary. Web-shop maintaining.
The accountabilities will be executed by working in close co-operation with the Managing Director & the Regional Sales Manager

*Successful experience and interest in business analysis, solving issues skills & willingness to always look for improvement (no less than 3 years in relevant position)

Its products are sold in more than 100 countries. Polyconcept Group entered the Chinese market as early as 1994, and has opened offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen,Hongkong with a total of more than 200 employees. With the continuous expansion of business, how to attract and motivate excellent management and chnical personnel is a challenge to Polyconcept. Against this backdrop, Polyconcept implemented its explorations and novations, took the lead in implementing flexible work system, increased employee welfare annual leave and other measures, which have greatly motivated the employees.
Take the most common working hours of employees for example. Most companies now work “9:00am to 5:00pm”. However,the "one-fits-all" working hours are not suitable for all employees. Furthermore, taking into account daily traffic during rush hours, the traditional “9:00am to 5:00pm” working hours cannot meet the actual needs of enterprises and employees. In November 2018, as initiated by Polyconcept management, the company began to adopt flexible working hour system. Employees can enjoy flexibility to arrange their office hours, no longer subject to the "9:00am to 5:00pm" restrictions. This "flexible working system" is still very rare in the current market.
Why flexible working system?
