MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
  POSITION

该职务的主要职责

Define and get alignment on Brand/Academy Search
  strategy

- Lead SWOT analysis with thorough and continuous competitor
  monitoring

- Develop Brand/Academy Search strategy and get alignment
  incl. SEM/SEO

- Ensure high standard and up-to-date brand content
  management

Lead Brand Website communication
  calendar & execution with close cooperation among cross functions

- Develop annual content plan coordinating needs
  from both internal marketing teams and Academy

- Lead superior execution to maximize both media effectiveness
  and cost efficiency

- Always keep eyes on innovated ways both content
  and media wise

- Build good relationship with agencies to enable
  win-win cooperation

Manage SEM/SEO execution with clear
  KPI setting and tracking

- Define clear and meaningful KPIs for both Brand
  and Academy

- Closely monitor execution and quickly adjust if
  need cause correction

Strong cooperation with cross function team
  members, both internally and externally

- Actively engage with internal MKT team members to
  ensure updated website contents

- Deeply cooperate with Academy team to ensure
  seamless project proceeding

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES,

  degree and above

- 5 years+
  experience in related position, including SEM/SEO
