Equities trading support as part of China onshore Equities electronic trading system support team.
？ 证券交易系统作为中国在线证券交易系统的支持团队；
Team is responsible for production support and ongoing maintenance of suite of front office applications including order management system, algo trading, market connectivity and risk checks engine.
？ 团队负责产品支持和前台系统的运维包括订单管理系统，algo交易，市场连接机风险管控引擎。
Following are the key responsibilities:

？ Provide support for mission critical applications used in equities front office trading
？ 证券前台交易系统提供应用支持
？ Support includes monitoring system health, handling trader queries, production deployments & validation, manage incidents and track open problems to closure.
？ 支持包括监控系统的健康，管理交易人员的需求，部署和生效产品系统，管理冲突及跟踪开放的问题至关闭。
？ Maintain the documentations & support knowledge base required for the applications involved
？ 按照应用系统的需要维护文档和支持知识库
？ Partner with business, shared services and IT stakeholders and teams to drive production issue resolution and/or facilitate china users requirements implementation
？ 作为业务部门的合作伙伴，分享服务和IT利益共享者和团队驱动产品问题的解决和或者适应中国用户的需求解决。
？ Coordinate and contribute towards events like BCM tests, power-down, hardware upgrades or onboarding new flow
？ 协调和协助诸如BCM 测试、停电、硬件升级或者其他新流程；
？ Might require travel to CS Hong Kong for training and meetings (once every couple months)
？ 可能需要到香港参加培训和会议（数月一次）


 需要：
Production support experience on critical FO electronic trading systems
？ 对于Critical FO电子交易系统的支持经验
？ Understanding of equity products and China markets behavior
？ 理解证券产品和中国证券市场习惯
？ Ability to interact with business users including traders, COOs & controls.
？ 有能力影响业务用户例如交易员、COO和管控者
？ Understanding of FIX protocol and interaction with OMS/EMS
？ Prior experience in algo trading is a plus
？ 有ALGO交易系统经验优先
？ Prior experience in programming and relevant hands-on experience in technologies including (not limiting to) UNIX, Sybase, Oracle, Python or Shell/Perl scripting is a plus
？ 有关于UNIX\SYBASE\ORACLE\PYTHON和Shell/Pert脚本编程经验优先
？ Good understanding of ITIL framework
