- Provide the assistance to local sales network. Communicate with internal and external parties for the local business development.

- Local customer data input and sales reports management
- Weekly sales meeting minutes record
- Bidding document preparation and internal review coordination
- Bid guarantee organization
- Make the contract
- Double check calculation form & quotation
- New customer checking
- Contract number management
- Check and coordinate the service terms in sales contract
- Local accessories purchase application
- Internal contract review organization
- Transfer the order confirmation to the sales for checking of truck configuration
- Custom & invoice documents organization
- Request delivery from contact partner at Order Processing Dept.
- Truck acceptance follow up
- Down payment /reminding payment status remind
- Related document organization
- Cooperate with Rental Specialist to arrange bridging truck
- Sales materials management, including presents, catalogs and other sales tools
- Document Management, which including customer information and contract file and other important document.
- Provide support to Sales Admin Supervisor /Sales manager upon request

任职要求:
- University graduate, major in business/marketing/logistic is preferable
- Min. 3 years related working experience
- Good English skills(CET 4 and above)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products Excel and Word
- Technical understanding
- 大学本科以上学历,商务/市场/物流专业为佳
- 至少3年相关工作经验
- 英语技能良好(至少通过大学英语4级)
