工作职责:
■ 以专业、积极的专业态度与客户沟通
■ 与客户就具体打印工作及完成期限进行有效沟通
■ 保证工作在客户要求时间内完成
■ 操作各种打印扫描设备,及时分析解决打印设备的日常故障
■ 协助培训新员工
■ 梳理工作流程
■ 对完成的打印文件进行质量检查
■ 保持工作场所整洁
■ 其它公司及客户安排的工作
Utilize appropriate logs for all copy work
Communicate and interact with clients in a professional, positive and courteous manner
Communicate with client on job or deadline issues
Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work
Complete various jobs as specified on job tickets
Follow procedures so as to run jobs in proper order
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems
Load copiers with various consumables
Assist in training new hires
Prioritize work flow
Q.A. work of others
Operate various copy equipments at full time sites
Assist in fax management
Ad-hoc internal and external deliveries and pick-ups as required
Place service calls when needed
Communicate effectively with other associates
Keep work place tidy
All other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Must work well in a team environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional decorum at all times
Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
Able to make independent decisions
Willing to work overtime (incl. weekends and holidays) at minimal notice
