职位描述：单证操作员（空运）
1.空运提单制单
2.账单录入制作（收付款的跟进）
3.系统数据录入和更新（需准确而及时）
4.提单，订仓资料，出货文件（各类证书，MSDS）等文件的审核
5.与本地出货人或客户联络，确认提单等单证
6.及时给国外代理/海外公司发送预报

JD:Documentation clerk–Air Department
1.Airwaybill preparation
2.Invoicing
3.Data entry and updating in company system (PO Management system & Freight Management system) timely and accurately
4.Verifying shipping document (e.g.: booking form, shipping invoice, packing list or certificate etc..)
5.Liaise with local/overseas customer through email/phone;
6.Communicate with local Shippers, and the customers (e.g. Consignees) located overseas by emails or phone calls etc.;Prepare the pre-advices/ export documents
