PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. This position is responsible for profitable growth of Filtration product lines globally and Secondary product lines regionally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Supports sales efforts per company strategic direction and support growth effort in high profit opportunities for target filtration product lines and market segment. Support country sales team to execute a sales growth strategy with objective to gain market share against competition.
B. Prepare technical proposals and product and application solutions per customer requirements to sales team. Develop standard sales support tools to select product lines to improve sales team competencies and productivity.
C. Review and maintain standard product price book annually to align with regional market situation as well as company profit plan;
D. Develop and provide filtration product /application training to sales, distributor and other functional team; visit customer together with sales to help on technical discussion occasionally;
E. Provide site service to related customers occasionally; support sales to maintain the business without losing for failure in the implementation of treatment program and poor site service. Cooperate closely with company global support team to maintain good service quality to the customers.
F. Utilizes Eaton Value Cycle to develop value propositions for specific filtration product lines and market segment. Drives value propositions and value selling with the Regional sales organization.
G. Manage whole Technical support team member to increase efficiency and capabilities according to business growth requirements.
H. All other activities as identified by management.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering required.
B. 2 years industrial products technical support / field service in international company. Filtration product related experiences will be preferred.
C. Team management experienced.
D. English is good enough to communication with global support team both in oral and written.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A. Experience in matrix and dotted-line management, strong communication skills, works well in teams, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
