职位描述：
Responsible for all customs declaration operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of the routine import and export declarations, the new BOMs declaration and the accurate of the Handbooks.
- Reconciliation between physical inventory with the records in Customs handbooks monthly.
- Conduct all internal and external Customs Compliance audits.
- Match the import and export declaration sheets with the data in Forex Management Bureau.
- Manage the disposal of scraps within the allowances of Customs' approval.
- Maintain a good relationship of related Customs departments.
- Responsible for general affairs
- Check and review all important contracts, drive internal and external communication to ensure the contract validity and legality.
- Keep all important contract, certification, and contract on the file.
- Ensure all documents effective within the law.
- Build good relationships with local government.
- Responsible for supporting Lean and internal audit project.
- Under the arrangement, lead and support Lean project’s implementation.
- Conduct regular internal audit implementation.
